We grow over 30 varieties of vegetables and specialty grains, using mostly global heirloom cultivars, developed over time for their flavor, and Pacific Northwest-adapted varieties, newly bred and chosen for their unique flavor and ability to adapt to our climate. Our farm aims to provide our customers with almost year-round delicious food.

Our veggies are full of nutrients thanks to our soil mineralization techniques. We believe that plants given the appropriate balance of nutrients are best able to thrive in their environments and naturally build immune systems to fend off pests and disease. The benefit of these nutrients extends to our own bodies so that we can assimilate all these vital minerals that help in maintaining health. The plus is that all those essential nutrients also contribute to the depth of flavor and sweetness in our vegetables so you don’t have to choose between health and taste.
